The leakage incident of the toilet water pipeline resulted in our loss of 800 million VND for hardware damage and another huge loss of 3-day stagnation of business operation in the top 3 finance group of Vietnam. We do not anticipate that a small water leakage incident leads to all of our data centre shutdowns. In the past, we monitored only the server’s temperature.
